British rapper Plan B has launched his own charitable foundation to offer job training and educational opportunities to underprivileged kids.
The star - real name Benjamin Ballance-Drew - has set up the Each One Teach One trust, which will channel money into community projects in London to teach youngsters skills.
He has vowed to donate a percentage of cash raised from ticket sales from his next tour towards funding hairdressing and boxing training for teens.
He tells Britain's The Independent newspaper, "I want to give money to individuals within the community who are doing great things, but struggling to do them because they've got no financial support.
"It is like a society within a society. Or maybe it's just a fictional society that exists in our hearts and in our heads."
