British singer Rita Ora has splashed out on her first house - even though she has never seen the property.

The 22 year old shot to fame after releasing How We Do (Party) last year (12), but her busy schedule has kept her on the road, and as a result, she had to rely on her parents to organise her first home deal.

She tells British magazine Glamour, "I bought my first house the other week and I haven't even seen it. I just trusted my mum and dad's opinion."
