Taylor Lautner would never be unfaithful.

The 'Twilight Saga: New Moon' star - who is rumoured to be dating singer Taylor Swift - says he would remain loyal if he was in a relationship as it something that's very important to him.

He said: "I would need to know the person but I'm really big about, like, commitment. Loyalty is a major thing for me."

Although he is yet to confirm whether he is dating the 'Love Story' hitmaker, he is full of praise for his namesake, who he met on the ste of their new film 'Valentine's Day'.

The 17-year-old hunk told Rolling Stone magazine: "We got along great. We instantly clicked. And she's - she's an amazing girl. Aside from being beautiful, she's extremely funny, charismatic and fun to be around, so we definitely get along. We're close."
