Carry on with the 'dad bod' gibes and Vin Diesel won't hesitate to set his 7-year-old daughter Hania on you! Not scared? Well, she's currently being trained by Miss Sixteen-Second-Knockout UFC champion Ronda Rousey, so.. You better be.

Vin Diesel and familyNo-one's going to mess with Vin Diesel's daughter with Auntie Ronda around

Yep, the 28-year-old MMA Bantamweight heroine is now the personal trainer of 'Fast & Furious' star Vin Diesel's eldest child Hania Riley and the actor insists it's all down to him wanting her to be able to defend herself against men and their unwanted advances when she gets older.

'First of all, I feel sorry for anyone that has to [date my daughter]', Diesel told WENN. 'I wouldn't want that on my worst enemy because I'm just that kind of dad. I've been thinking about this since the day I cut the umbilical cord, and because of that, I made a decision early on that I was going to do everything in my power to empower her to handle it herself.'

Well, if anyone's to teach little Hania then there's no better person than 'Auntie' Ronda Rousey, whom Diesel met on the set of his new film 'Furious 7'. She's the undefeated UFC women's bantamweight champion and a fourth degree black belt in Judo. She won Bronze at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and in fact became the first woman to sign with the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Plus, she's got some pretty impressive records to her name; while she knocked out Alexis Davis in just 16 seconds in 2014, her shortest ever fight saw her win 14 seconds into the first round with her signature armbar while up against Cat Zingano earlier this year. Makes sense, given that her own mother AnnMaria De Mars became the first US citizen ever to become a World Judo Champion back in 1984.
