Country music legend Willie Nelson has put his Pedernales Golf Club and estate in Texas up for sale.
The Spicewood plot, which also features a country club and recording studio, is on the market for just over $3 million (£2 million).
Nelson created the beloved nine-hole sports mecca, dubbed Willie Nelson's Cut & Putt, in 1979, and his golf pro pal Fran Szal admits the place is heavily subsidised by the singer himself.
He tells Wenn, "Whoever buys this will have to have deep pockets. It's expensive to run."
Szal claims the property has been on and off the market for months, adding, "I'm not sure Willie knows what to do with it."
