Adam Levine has sold his Los Angeles bachelor pad for $3.5 million.
The Maroon 5 frontman made a just over $300,000 on the 2,045-square-foot ranch-ranch villa in Los Angeles' Bronson Canyon after paying $3,195,000 for the home in November 2005, according to website The Real Estalker.
The 34-year-old singer's lavish pad - which boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms - was completely renovated with help of top interior designer Mark Haddawy. Its furnishings include artwork by Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat, a 1920s Persian rug and a bedside lamp shaped like an AK-47 gun, which was designed by Philippe Starck.
As well as its impressive interior, the hillside villa features a terrace along the back of the house which is adorned with an outdoor fireplace and boasts breathtaking views of the Hollywood Hills. A spiralling outdoor staircase leads to a more intimate terrace where Adam installed a rectangular swimming pool and an adjoining spa.
'The Voice' coach showed off his luxurious bachelor pad in a March 2012 issue of Architectural Digest, telling the magazine his home was ''Hollywood without being 'Hollywood'.''
It appears the 'Payphone' hitmaker has swapped his rural home for an even bigger bachelor pad after splashing out $4.83 million on a 6,539-square-foot ranch-style home in a gated Beverly Hills enclave in October 2012.
The star's new pad boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a swimming pool and tennis court.
