Our first look at the forthcoming series adaptation of Stephen King's popular novella 'The Mist' has finally arrived in the form of a gripping trailer for Spike TV. The 10 episode first season is set to air this summer, but this isn't just about a small town grocery store anymore.
'The Mist' comes to Spike TV this June
Created by Danish filmmaker Christian Torpe ('Rita', 'Silent Heart'), who also directs the first episode alongside Adam Bernstein, this new adaptation of 'The Mist' follows the lives of various people within a terror-struck small town. It comes ten years after the critically acclaimed Frank Darabont film adaptation was released starring Marcia Gay Harden, Toby Jones and Thomas Jane.
