Actor Anthony Anderson Has Become One Of Hollywood's Top Celebrity Chefs Thanks To His Mother's Love Of Bingo.
The Transformers star began cooking for his family when he was 12 and his mum decided it was no longer her job to cook dinner.
He says, "My love for cooking began when my mom abandoned the family and just stopped cooking when I was 12. She got addicted to bingo and just left."
"Literally, my mother came home and said, 'I'm going to play bingo, your daddy's gonna be home... you should cook him something," he adds.
He perfected the basics at home around the family kitchen, but has since really mastered the culinary arts.
"I go to some masterclasses at Le Cordon Bleu and I do private classes and I do classes with the public," he explains. "That's what I do with my free time."
