Is It The End For Outkast?

OUTKAST star ANDRE 3000 has hinted at the fact the duo are on the verge of splitting up because he's tired of hip-hop.

The MS JACKSON singer won't promote the group's new double album SPEAKERBOXXX/THE LOVE BELOW because he's too busy concentrating on acting lessons in Hollywood, while bandmate Big Boi continues to work in Atlanta, Georgia.

Andre 3000, real name Andre Benjamin, says, "I need some more ammunition, man. I need something to keep me going. My ideas are all across the board now - fashion, painting, everything. I want to put my creative energy into different things.

"Hip-hop is dead. The stuff I do comes out of the boredom of hip-hop being like it is.

"You're put on the world to do what you gotta do. You do your thing until you feel like your thing is done - then you move on."
