Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are getting their own reality TV show charting the course of Chyna’s pregnancy and the birth of their first child later this year, it has been confirmed.

The E! network announced a six-part docu-series, with the working title of ‘Rob & Chyna’, to be aired before the end of 2016. The series of one-hour episodes will chart the whirlwind romance the pair of them have enjoyed since having met at the start of the year, and it will end with a separate special episode at a later date, celebrating the birth of their first child together.

29 year old Rob and 28 year old Chyna will act as executive producers on the show, which is a joint effort between Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim/Murray Productions.

Chyna and Rob met in January 2016 and announced their engagement at the beginning of April, with the announcement of their pregnancy coming just a month later. It will be Rob’s first child, while Chyna is already a mother to a 3 year old son, King Cairo, whom she had with rapper Tyga.

In a press release on Wednesday afternoon, E!’s executive vice president of Original Programming & Development Jeff Olde said: “Very few love stories have created as much pop culture buzz as Rob and Chyna's, and we are thrilled to see Rob in such a happy place. We are excited to share the next chapter in their relationship.”

Meanwhile, the rest of the Kardashian clan are slowly beginning to warm to Chyna, who at first was a controversial figure because of her ex-boyfriend’s now-disintegrated relationship with Kylie Jenner.

“Blac Chyna and Kim are slowly rebuilding their friendship,” a source said last week. “They do hangout without Rob and talk about all different things.”

The insider added, “The family is happy to see how bright Rob is and that's what they care about. Blac and Rob are so excited to have their baby! Rob is making sure Chyna takes it easy and does not overdo it.”
