Creed Frontman Scott Stapp And His Wife Have Joined The Cast Of U.s. Reality Tv Series Couples Therapy In An Effort To Work Out Their Marriage Problems Following The Rocker's Bipolar Diagnosis.
The embattled star completed a 90-day rehab stay earlier this year (15) after being placed on a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold in November (14), when police in Florida found him wandering at the side of a road babbling incoherently.
The incident was followed by months of erratic behaviour, during which he lost custody of his three children, and his estranged wife Jaclyn called the police asking for him to be detained after he allegedly threatened to assassinate U.S. President Barack Obama.
Stapp was subsequently diagnosed with the mental disorder during his rehab stint, and now he is undergoing treatment, he wants to properly repair his marriage.
Stapp and Jaclyn will appear on the upcoming sixth season of the show to undergo an intense, three-week programme, alongside rapper Joe Budden and his girlfriend Kaylin Garcia, and model Janice DICkinson and her fiance Dr. Robert 'Rocky' Gerner, among others. The show will air later this year (15).
