A mouthful of food left SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE star Freida Pinto red-faced when she met her heroine Angelina Jolie for the first time.
The actress was stunned to see Jolie at a luncheon in Los Angeles recently, but couldn't quite find the nerve to speak to her - and tucked into the buffet instead.
And she was so taken by the food available that she failed to notice Jolie was making her way towards her.
Pinto explains, "Talk about bad timing; I stuffed my face with a pastry and Angelina comes walking up to me and says, 'Good job'."
Pinto had to acknowledge the actress with a mouthful of food, but then got the chance to speak to her properly just before the Golden Globes.
