Gwen Stefani could ''look at'' Rihanna all day.

The No Doubt singer - who split from husband Gavin Rossdale after 14 years of marriage last month - loved having the 'Diamonds' hitmaker as a guest mentor on 'The Voice' and would be happy to have her as a permanent fixture on the show.

Asked if she'd like Rihanna to join the show as a coach, Gwen - who is joined on the panel of the new series of the show by Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams and Adam Levine - told website TooFab: I loved working with her. I loved working with her and I loved looking at her. So I wouldn't mind looking at her all day.

''But yeah, it would be fun. It would be so different to have another girl. I would miss the other guys though. It's crazy, the chemistry that I think we have is so good and I can't imagine it any other way.''

Meanwhile, Blake - who recently split from wife Miranda Lambert - joked the Bajan beauty was attracted to him and their relationship could go on to be more than just professional.

He told 'Access Hollywood': I was amazed by Rihanna. She is so funny... and she's crazy about me.

''We'll probably end up hooking up at some point. I'm just saying.''

Asked if he'd be interested in a musical collaboration, the country superstar laughed: ''I see a collaboration - maybe not musically. You know what I'm saying?''
