This hype appears to come from Steinfeld's performance of "Flashlight" in Pitch Perfect 2 and an acoustic version of the song, featuring guitar from Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz.

Steinfeld has also starred in Ender's Game, Begin Again and more recently, the music video for Taylor Swift's Bad Blood. She's also signed on for Dustin Lance Black's The Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight, about a teenage girl who misses her flight at JFK Airport and meets a young British guy who may turn out to be her true love.
