The heartthrob was spotted grabbing his stomach and running off stage at the end of the group's performance of 'Teenage Dirtbag' and missed the entire next song 'Rock Me', while his bandmates - Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik - covered his solo in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

According to RadarOnline, user amadak822 posted on YouTube: ''I was there! He got dehydrated and overheated and ended up throwing up backstage. :( He missed Rock Me but came back right after and said, 'Sorry bout that! (sic)' ''

Meanwhile, Harry and bandmate Liam will be giving away a joint date in a charity auction.

The One Direction boys are ambassadors for cancer charity Trekstock and are helping to raise money by selling off a hot date with themselves during a weekend in London.
