Your weekly dose of Justice League news. With the release date two years away, Warner are beginning the steady stream of teasers.
Hello, remember that ill-advised attempt at a Justice League franchise Warner Bros. is still pushing at? If so, then you may be interested in seeing a sneak peek at Henry Cavill, being his Supermanliest in the upcoming movie. The photo comes almost two months after director/Hollywood golden boy Zack Snyder tweeted the first picture of an oh-so-moody Ben Affleck as Batman. This time, it’s an oh-so-moody Cal-El. Check out the photo below.

So we now know that the movie will be called Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, that Ben Affleck will play a destroyed, desparate Bruce Wayne (judging by the photo), that Gal Gadot will play Wonder Woman (three cheers for Wonder Woman actually appearing in a live action flick) and that various celebs like Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons and Jason Momoa, who will forever be Khal Drogo to us, have been tapped for the supporting cast.

#Batman goes even darker with Ben Affleck’s bulky build but is this Batman too beefed up? #MalAtTheMovies pic.twitter.com/hx8oRMotsg

So which character poster should be next? We’re banking on Gadot’s (three more cheers for Wonder Woman), but it would also be interesting to see how the studio goes about making Aquaman’s (Momoa’s) costume slightly less ridiculous than the comic book version. Not that we’re judging or anything, but the red-and-green, scaly wetsuit really doesn’t belong in Warner’s blue-gray tinted re-imagining.
Jason Momoa as Aquaman? Yep, we can see that.
