While We're Young Trailer

Josh (Ben Stiller) and Cornelia (Naomi Watts) are a middle-aged married couple struggling to keep up with their quickly ageing bodies and still feeling like they're in their twenties. They're tired of pretending to be grown up and the thought of having children becomes an evermore difficult decision. Filmmaker Josh soon meets a 25-year-old couple named Darby (Amanda Seyfried) and Jamie (Adam Driver); a couple that still have their whole lives ahead of them and bathe Josh and Cornelia in a comforting wave of nostalgia. Cornelia has reservations about spending their time with people so much younger than them, but it soon becomes clear that their presence has given Josh a new lease of life and made them realise that they don't have act the age they're expected to act, and they are free to let go to; that is, at least, until Josh is diagnosed with arthritis.

Big Eyes Trailer

Margaret is an inspirational American painter desperate to sell her unique artwork depicting women and children with outsize eyes. She takes to the glamorous North Beach in San Francisco in a bid to try and make some money selling on the street and it's there she meets the charming Walter Keane, who takes a strong interest in her talent. The pair marry and have a child named Susan, but things take a dramatic turn when Walter starts selling the paintings under his own name, claiming that art by women doesn't sell as well. While revelling in their luxury, Margaret starts to feel uneasy - despite her apparent dreams of success coming true. She decides enough is enough and takes Walter to court, insisting that she is the true creator of every single Big Eye painting. He's prepared to fight back, but just how far is she willing to go to prove the truth?

Robot Stories Review

Good
Greg Pak's Robot Stories belongs to that rarest of subgenres, indie science fiction. For that alone, I give it some credit; an indie sci-fi fan cannot subsist on Donnie Darko alone. This brief, spirited anthology has a lot of potential. You're rooting for it, even when it doesn't quite come through.

The title isn't a metaphor; the movie is composed of four robot-centric shorts. There is "My Robot Baby," in which two prospective parents undergo a more technologically advanced version of the old egg-sitting lesson; "The Robot Fixer," in which an elderly woman tends to her grown son's collection of toy robots as he lies comatose in the hospital; "Machine Love," featuring an advanced computer who looks, and begins to act, like a human; and "Clay," about a dying man resisting a mandate that his consciousness be preserved digitally.
