Former Beverly Hills, 90210 pin-up Jason Priestley has landed his feature film directorial debut.
The actor, who has shot a handful of TV episodes, a Barenaked Ladies documentary and a TV movie western starring his 90210 co-star Luke Perry, has signed on to front indie movie Cas & Dylan this summer (12).
Actress Tatiana Maslany will lead the cast as a young woman who befriends a terminally ill man during a road trip.
Priestley will shoot the film in his native Canada.
