The TV talkshow host threw a Halloween party to remember: see if you can guess who is behind each costume.
Our American friends across the pond sure know how to pull off a great Halloween party: immaculate outfits, perfect props, and glittering venues, but when British television host Jonathan Ross decided to host a counterpart bash in London this year...well, let's just say it was a different story.
One Irish Comedian Rocked Up As The Pope...
We've been washed with viral images of American celebrities this week, whether it's Paris Hilton as Miley Cyrus, Matt Lauer as Pamela Anderson or Heidi Klum as an older version of herself; all of them looked picture perfect and ready to par-tay. Ross hosted his party last night and we watched as guests shuffled into his London home via a weed-strewn footpath, trying to escape the chilly wind and drizzle this time of year brings.
Stephen Merchant Opted For A Chest-Popping Alien.
Plenty of guests went all out and we saw a man dressed as a lobster, a guy dressed as a member of metal band Turisas riding an ostrich, a jester, a grim reaper, a werewolf and the Sugarpuffs Honey Monster. The outfits on display were entertaining, sure, but were more "first year student bar crawl" than "Hollywood movie-ready doppelgangers."
Jonathan Ross Dressed As David Bowie.
Ross transformed his Hampstead home into a ghoulish castle for his celeb-studded event and chose 1986 fantasy movie Labyrinth as the inspiration for his own costume: he went as David Bowie's Jareth complete with feathered 80s wig.
Konnie Huq Went As A Knife-Wielding Inmate.
Guests at the party included comedians Dara O'Briain and Stephen Merchant, rapper Professor Green and his wife Millie Mackintosh, and TV presenter Konnie Huq. The party raged on into the early hours and it seems that everyone had a spooky blast.
