The No Good Deed star became romantically linked to the Oscar winner earlier this month (Oct15), when they were photographed together in Guadalajara, Mexico, but Del Castillo is adamant their relationship is strictly platonic.

She recently told MezcalTV she and Penn are "just friends", while in a new interview with Hola! magazine, she says, "Of course I have suitors", but she declares she is "single".

The 43 year old was previously married to footballer Luis Garcia from 2001 to 2004, while she split from her second husband, Mexican actor/singer Aaron Diaz in 2011.

Meanwhile, fellow double divorcee Penn has also been linked to actresses Emmanuelle Vaugier and Minka Kelly since parting ways with Charlize Theron earlier this year (15).
