Macaulay and Kieran Culkin have joined forces with their siblings for an episode of 'The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy'.
Macaulay and Kieran Culkin are set to star alongside their siblings in a new animated series.
The Hollywood duo will be joined by Rory Culkin, Christian Culkin and Shane Culkin in episode six of 'The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy', the animated series that's currently being aired on Prime Video.
In a clip from the upcoming episode - which has been posted by Entertainment Weekly - one of the characters says: "We share everything, even digestive salivas."
In the episode - which will premiere on Friday (23.02.24) - the celebrity siblings also poke fun at their family dynamics and their turbulent childhoods.
At one point in the episode, one of the characters says that they will "bring our happy childhood into our happy adulthood".
The upcoming episode will actually mark the first time that all of the brothers will work together on the same project.
However, they have collaborated at different points in the past, like when Kieran appeared alongside Macaulay in the 'Home Alone' film franchise in the 90s.
Elsewhere, Rory played a younger version of Macaulay in 'Richie Rich', the 1994 comedy film.
Macaulay, 43, and Kieran, 41, have enjoyed the most successful acting careers out of the all of the siblings, while Christian, 37, and Shane, 48, have largely remained out of the spotlight over the years.
Macaulay's fame peaked when he was still a child, and Kieran previously admitted to feeling sorry for his older sibling, as he struggled to cope with the pressures of fame and success in Hollywood.
Speaking to Esquire magazine in 2023, Kieran explained: "He was little and having to try to accept that level of fame as reality. Even at that time, as a kid, I remember thinking, 'That sucks for him.'"
