Kris Jenner feels like a mother to Jaden Smith.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star has admitted she has a ''very close'' relationship with the 15-year-old actor, whose parents are Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith, amid rumours he is dating her youngest daughter Kylie Jenner, 16.

The 58-year-old Kardashian family matriarch told the HuffPostLive: ''He is the greatest kid in the world. I'm very close to Jaden and he's like one of my own, you know.''

The 'After Earth' star and Kylie, who previously insisted they were just good friends, were spotted ''making out'' at her half-sister Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's wedding in Florence, Italy last month.

Kylie was one of the few members of the bridal party granted a plus-one for the wedding and despite it being a very formal affair, Jaden wore a Batman costume, which Kris thought was a ''genius'' decision.

She explained: ''And he had this Batman costume on and I thought it was just genius. When you look at it ... it sounds just crazy. It was beautiful. He looked so good, and so fun, and he also has a really good sense of humour.''

Kris revealed that Jaden wore the costume all night and she even borrowed his shoes the next day, as her feet were sore from her high heels.

She said: ''But actually, the Batman costume was really cool and fabulous, and it was white and it was almost like, 'Oh, there's Jaden in his Batman costume.' It wasn't like a crazy thing. It was actually really fun, and he added such a, you know, humour to the night and it was great.''
