There was only one story at the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 premiere last night: the public reunion of Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson
The stars of The Twilight Saga walked down the red carpet for a premiere of the franchise for the last ever time last night (November 12) and there was no surprise which two of the cast were taking center stage, with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson making a public reunion after promotional trails that have seen them take on different territories. The pair looked happy to be in each other's company, memories of their acrimonious summer seemingly all but forgotten as they lit up the red carpet in Los Angeles.

The pair were happy to stop and pose for pictures with fans attending the event, as were the rest of the cast, all of whom turned up including Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, Nikki Reed and Ashley Greene. Special cheers were reserved for Twilight author Stephenie Meyer, who surprised by not walking down in an outfit made of pure money, and film director Catherine Hardwicke.
Ashley Greene was another to impress with her outfit on a strong style night for the Twilight cast
The Twilight series success has been staggering, making household names of all its cast and taking over $2.5 billion at the Box Office globally across its four films. With another smash expected, it's hard to believe that Lionsgate studios are just going to stop with the franchise, with rumours suggesting spin-off films or even a move to TV will continue the commercially hot franchise's life.
