Actress Malin Akerman once spent a year as a groupie, following her rock star boyfriend as he hit the road.
The Watchmen star refuses to reveal the band her beau was in, but admits she had a wild time travelling on tour as a teenager in love.
She tells Entertainment Tonight, "I was a groupie for a year and followed a band. I dated the drummer of the band. They were quite big - I can't tell who it is - but the experience of being on a tour bus and being backstage and watching them from backstage - that was my favourite rock 'n' roll moment.
"We were truly in love, it was crazy. I was 19 years old. I was young and living the life and having fun. I wasn't sharing him with other women - at least I dont think I was!"
Akerman went on to marry Roberto Zincone - the drummer for the rock band she fronted, The Petalstones.
She adds, "I do have a thing for drummers, I won't lie."
