Catherine O'Hara thinks Michael Keaton has a "sexiness to him".

The 70-year-old actress stars alongside Michael, 72, in 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice', and Catherine has revealed that she loved working with the Hollywood icon.

Catherine told GQ: "He brought his energy to Beetlejuice. So that is Michael - real fast-talking, full of great crazy ideas, and really free.

"There's a sexiness to him. Which is crazy to say about Beetlejuice!"

Tim Burton, the director of 'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice', also relished the experience of reuniting with Michael.

The acclaimed filmmaker - who helmed the original 'Beetlejuice' movie - said: "I love Michael because he has a certain energy.

"That's why I wanted him to be in Batman, because you just look in his eyes and he seems intelligent, scary, crazy, everything all at once."

Michael stars alongside Jenna Ortega in the new 'Beetlejuice' movie, and the veteran actor recently hailed Jenna as a "really special" actress.

He told 'Entertainment Tonight': "Oh man, she's good, she's just got it, you know? She's got the tone.

"She showed up and just immediately knew what the tone was and just slipped in like she does every day. She's really special."

'Beetlejuice Beetlejuice' also stars the likes of Winona Ryder, Monica Bellucci and Willem Dafoe.

But Michael previously admitted that he was initially "hesitant and cautious" about making another 'Beetlejuice' movie.

The actor told PEOPLE: "We thought, ‘You got to get this right. Otherwise, just don't do it. Let's just go on with our lives and do other things.’ So I was hesitant and cautious, and [Tim] was probably equally as hesitant and cautious over all these years.

"Once we got there, I said, ‘Okay, let's just go for it. Let's just see if we can do it, if we can pull this off.'"
