To coincide with the release of her latest album, 'Plastic Hearts', Miley Cyrus has put out an audio video of 'WTF Do I Know', the opening track of the album. It's Miley's first full length album since 2017's 'Younger Now' having had to go back to the drawing board because all the songs she began working on after that got destroyed when her house went up in flames.
Miley has hardly been quiet in the interim though, already this month alone she has joined forces on collaborations with Dua Lipa and Stevie Nicks for 'Prisoner' and 'Edge Of Midnight' respectively. Her output, whilst not yet quite what you might describe as prolific is impressive and shows a determined work ethic. It may not do enough to silence her many detractors but it surely more than compensates her audience.
'WTF Do I Know' is a pumped up number in keeping with a lot of the Miley Cyrus material we have become familiar with in the recent past. Her inner rock goddess is no longer struggling to be heard or seen, she's fully unleashed and full of pent up energy waiting to channel it through some intense performances. 2020 Miley is more-or-less the antitheses of her former Hannah Montana self.
In the song she's telling things from her perspective but she's completely unapologetic about it. Miley, regardless of what anyone may think, is determined, dogged and driven, she knows her mind, doesn't mind speaking it and is clearly comfortable with herself. (And, let's us not forget, she's still only 28!) For strong independent women look no further.
