The American hunk, who is one half of production team The Jam with Mike Mani, was the brains behind 'Here Standing' which featured on the girl band's second studio album, 'Wordshaker'.
The blossoming couple have known each other for several years but only became close recently and are reportedly taking things slow.
A source told The Daily Mirror newspaper: ''Things were hotting up between them recently, but she's in no rush at the moment. She is officially off the market, though.''
