Nick Jonas' experience of fatherhood has changed his "perspective" on life.

The 31-year-old star - who has a two-year-old daughter called Malti with actress Priyanka Chopra - admits that parenthood has totally changed his outlook and approach to life.

The actor - who has been married to Priyanka since 2018 - told PEOPLE: "I think that, for me, becoming a parent changed everything in my life and my perspective on everything. That's a natural thing obviously that will happen."

Nick is already looking forward to the day when he can watch his own movies, including 'The Good Half', with his daughter.

He shared: "My daughter is the light of my world, and making projects that I'll be able to watch one day with her, absolutely a goal. And this movie for sure is one of those."

Priyanka previously admitted that while motherhood is "extremely scary", it's also the "greatest thing [she's] ever done".

The 42-year-old actress told PEOPLE: "I think when you put them to bed, it's extremely overwhelming because every single day you worry about what you can do wrong and what mistake you might make. But you have to check yourself, and I check myself with my family.

"I look at [my daughter's] smile, and I'm like, 'Okay, okay. I'm doing good so far'. It's the greatest thing I’ve ever done, but it's extremely scary."

Priyanka also suggested that she's become more aware of her own emotions since becoming a mom.

The actress - who was born in India but now lives in the US - said: "It's made me a tad more sensitive and fragile, I think, and it makes me nervous a little bit. I didn't expect that."
