After the untimely death of Ou Est Le Swimming Pool's frontman Charles Haddon no one was sure what would become of the band and their debut album. After much deliberation the remaining members decided that they would go ahead with the release in memory of their late band mate.
On October 4th there will be a celebration gig held at London's Koko, bands set to play include: The Kooks, Mr Hudson , Kissy Sell Out, Man Like Me, Mpho, Daisy Dares You and many more, each band will play a cover of one of the songs from their album 'The Golden Year'. Tickets cost 10 pounds and all proceeds will go to MIND, the UKs leading mental health charity.
The Key will be released on October 10th 2010. The video features footage from their last performance at Pukkelpop festival 2010.
