Zsa Zsa Gabor's husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt says the Hollywood legend only has a "50-50" chance of surviving for another year after she refused to have her left leg amputated, reports the UK's Daily Telegraph. The 94-year-old old star of 'Moulin Rouge' and 'Queen of Outer Space', had her right leg amputated in January 2011 because of gangrene. However, she was rushed to hospital earlier this week after the blood flow to her left leg suddenly stopped. Gabor's husband says the actress is currently taking medication for the problem, but only has a '50-50' chance of living for another year without surgery. Her publicist John Blanchette confirmed that after declining to have the leg amputated, the Hungarian-American socialite and actress will be released from hospital today (4th March 2011).Zsa Zsa Gabor has been repeatedly admitted to hospital since July 2010 when she broke her hip falling from her bed. Blanchette notes that despite her ailing condition, she enjoyed watching the Academy Awards from the comfort of her own home on Sunday.
