Crash star Jennifer Esposito is opening a gluten-free bakery in New York City.
The actress, who was diagnosed with autoimmune condition celiac disease in 2009 - and is therefore limited in what she can eat, is hoping to help others manage their dietary needs, while still indulging in a special treat.
Appearing on The Late Show with David Letterman on Wednesday (26Oct11), she told the host, "I was diagnosed with celiac disease a couple years ago and I just have a very bigger message to send out to the world. I've been testing a lot of products... I wish I would have brought you some of my muffins. They are so good! I'm telling you, I'm gonna come back and bring you a muffin, and you wouldn't know the difference (between it and a normal muffin)!"
