Having offered an early platform to the likes of Tribes, Trophy Wife and James Yuill, iconic fashion brand Lyle & Scott kicked off their second series of 'Curated by Lyle & Scott' with Chad Valley and Disclosure in East London last month. The latest set of gigs featured MOBO nominated Alex Clare and hotly tipped New Yorkers Hooray for Earth.
25 year old London born Alex Clare released his spectacular debut album 'Lateness Of The Hour' was released in the UK on 11 July 2011 through Island Records. It was recorded in New Orleans, Jamaica, Los Angeles and London and saw producers Diplo and Switch bring their dub-step and thundering basslines together with Clare's early affection for soul and blues to create an absolutely stunning record.
Up All Night is the opening track from the album and this live version was recorded at The Deaf Institute in Manchester. 'Up All Night' was released as a single on 17th October 2011 and was backed by two remixes from Skream and Nadastrom.
