The star is "feeling better every day" after completing her rehab stint.
Amanda Bynes is out of the rehab clinic and on the up, according says a statement from lawyer Tamar Arminak, via People. The 27 year-old actress was hospitalised in July after her increasingly immoral behaviour culminated in her setting fire to a California driveway as well as her own dog in July.

Following the Thousand Oaks incident, Bynes was forcibly hospitalised and began to undergo treatment for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Now it appears that the She's The Man actress has been discharged from the Malibu clinic and is in the care of her mother who has also assumed indefinite control over Bynes's well-being and finances.
"Amanda and her entire family would like to thank everyone who's contacted them with good thoughts and wishes for Amanda's recovery," said Arminak. "Amanda has completed her inpatient rehabilitation and she's feeling better every day."

"She's now looking at various colleges with the intention of majoring in fashion design," the statement continues. "She's mentioned before she's interested in creating a clothing line."
"Despite the fact Amanda is no longer in a facility, her outpatient treatment is continuing. She's very happy to reestablish the loving relationship with her family that she once shared," Arminak added.
It was previously reported that the actress has been making "great progress" and was taking supervised trips twice a week before she was discharged. "Amanda is being given two passes a week to go the beach, or out to eat and do things like that, accompanied by a professional handler," said a source speaking to FOX411 at the time.

Amanda's mental health appeared to spiral when she began posting abusive tweets via Twitter, insulting random celebrities for no apparent reason. Though at the time, her increasingly malicious tweets were treated as a spectator sport by the media, it was clear that this was not the fresh-faced Nickelodeon star the world had once fallen in love with.
A petition was launched against Bynes by the users of a New York dog walking park to have the star banned for not clearing her dog's mess, inciting dog fights and barking at dogs. She appeared in court in early July charged with reckless endangerment and attempted tampering with physical evidence after throwing a bong out of her apartment window.
It Is Hoped That Bynes Will Eventually Return To A Stable State Of Mind.
The final straw came when she created a small fire in a stranger's driveway using a canister of gasoline and reportedly also inadvertently doused herself and her dog with the fuel. The animal suffered minor burns before Bynes rushed to a local liquor store to rinse him off in the employees-only section.
Amanda Bynes' progress continues.
