Police officers allegedly spoke to Denise Richards at her home on Tuesday night (26.11.13) after Brooke Mueller accused the actress of abusing her and Charlie Sheen's sons, Bob and Max, as well as Denise's own daughters.
Brooke Mueller has allegedly accused Denise Richards of abusing her and Charlie Sheen's sons, Bob and Max.
Denise, who recently withdrew as the four-year-old twins' guardian, because of their behaviour towards her daughters, after securing temporary custody of them in May when Brooke was hospitalised for drug abuse, was reportedly visited by police officers at her home in Tarzana, California on Tuesday night (26.11.13).
A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the 42-year-old actress was questioned about a child abuse claim lodged by Brooke, who also accused Denise of abusing her own daughters, Sam, nine, and Lola, eight, with Charlie, as well as her adopted daughter Eloise, two.
The insider said that the 'Twisted' star did not let the police into her house as her daughters were home at the time and instead opted to speak to them outside, where she branded Brooke's allegations ''ridiculous'' and ''vindictive.''
She also informed them that the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services was already handling the dispute.
The source said that Brooke's allegations would have dire consequences if the children are grilled about them.
Denise also made it clear that she hasn't seen the twins since they were placed in the care of Brooke's brother, Scott Mueller, two weeks ago and that Brooke has no contact with Denise's children.
