‘Fuller House’ the upcoming Netflix reboot of 90’s sitcom ‘Full House’ has officially begun production with the cast’s first table reading taking place on Thursday (July 16th). The 13 part series is expected to hit the streaming service next year, beginning with a special hour long reunion episode.

Star Candace Cameron-Bure shared the news that the gang was back together on Instagram when she posted a pic of her character DJ’s name tag with the caption 'First Day of work. #FullerHouse Deej is back!'.

The 39 year old actress also shared a snap of the cast’s script along with a customised Starbucks style coffee cup which read, ‘DeeJ’s coffee’. The pic showed that the reunion episode has so far been titled 'Our Very First Show, Again’.

Also sharing his joy at being back was Dave Coulier aka Joey Gladstone who wrote 'And back to work we go! #FullerHouse,’ on twitter. Lori Loughlin who plays Rebecca also chimed in, sharing a photo of her script and telling followers 'Table read today! #reunion #FullerHouse’.

But the other good news is that Scott Weinger who played DJ’s boyfriend Steve Hale has been confirmed as making an appearance in the special. Fans had feared for Steve’s fate when the series synopsis was revealed and said DJ was now a widow raising two kids.

Confirming he’d be back on twitter, Weinger told fans ‘This is not a drill, people. This is happening!’ along with sharing a photo of his script. Fans of the show can now get to wondering if DJ and Steve might be able to find love again after all these years.

The main cast of ‘Fuller House’ will be made up of Cameron-Bure as DJ, Jodie Sweetin as Stephanie and Andrea Barber playing the girl’s neighbour Kimmy Gibbler. Producer John Stamos is also set to guest star as Uncle Jesse as will original cast members Bob Saget, Dave Coulier and Lori Loughlin.
