According to the Albany Times Union Brendon was issued a conditional discharge by City Judge James Doern, meaning he will not serve jail time in the case, if he completes drug and alcohol counselling and stays out of trouble for one year.

The actor is said to have left Origins Behavioral Healthcare in West Palm Beach, Florida, to enter the plea and immediately returned to the recovery center.
