Prince performed with Stevie Wonder at the White House on Saturday (13.06.15).

The 57-year-old singer made an appearance at an exclusive party over the weekend to perform for President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama, as well as 500 guests, where he invited Stevie on stage for a rendition of 'Signed, Sealed Delivered'.

Ciara, Jon Bon Jovi and James Taylor were among guests for the concert - at which he played his hit singles 'Kiss' and 'Purple Rain' - while fashion designers Naeem Khan and Jenna Lyons, and TV and film stars Tyler Perry, Connie Britton, Tracee Ellis Ross, Angela Bassett and Gayle King also attended.

As well as the famous faces, the President's daughters Malia, 16, and Sasha, 14, watched Prince's show, alongside several politicians and government advisors.

After beginning at 9pm, guests are believes to have watched the star's performance in the prestigious building's East Room, where Aretha Franklin and John Legend have previously performed.

The two-hour concert came the evening before the icon's two scheduled shows in the city at DC's Warner Theatre on Sunday (14.06.15) as part of his HITnRUN tour - during which he announces shows shortly before performances - and was held in celebration of African-American Music Appreciation Month.
