Rita Ora says her ultimate style icon is Gwen Stefani.

The 'Hot Right Now' singer is a huge fan of the No Doubt star and has always admired her trademark look of bleached blonde hair and red lips.

She said: ''Gwen Stefani always gets it right. And I love blondes. My own hair is naturally very black and curly, but I've totally trashed it. The first thing I did when I left school was buy a bottle of hair bleach.''

The 21-year-old star also said how she likes to mix up high street clothes with designer items but always makes sure she has red lipstick on.

Rita - whose style is renowned around the world - told Britain's Grazia magazine: ''I love clothes. I have high street stuff bulging from my wardrobe and then my 'gold rail' of designer clothes: Mark Fast, Galliano, Oscar De La Renta. I love Kanye West's new collection. But my trademark is red lips.''
