McBusted singer Tom Fletcher - who became a father for the first time in March - has been named Marvel Celebrity Dad of the Year.
Tom Fletcher has been named Marvel Celebrity Dad of the Year.
The McBusted frontman - whose wife Giovanna gave birth to their first child, son Buzz, in March - beat off competition from the likes of fellow new father Simon Cowell, who has a four-month-old son, Eric, with girlfriend Lauren Silverman, and last year's winner Mo Farrah, whose twin daughters Aisha and Amani turn two in August.
Also shortlisted this year were celebrity chef and father-of-four Jamie Oliver, comedian John Bishop, presenters Ben Fogle and Ben Shephard and athletes David Weir, Bradley Wiggins and James Cracknell.
The title was previously taken by Take That singer Gary Barlow in 2012, and Peter Andre in 2010 and 2011.
Proud father Tom has thrilled his fans on social media with pictures and videos of his son and left them particularly delighted when Buzz was a week old when he shared the adorable track 'From Bump to Buzz' on YouTube accompanied by a black and white video which shows his wife's bump growing for nine months until their baby was born.
In the video, Tom stands opposite Giovanna holding a guitar and singing, while she's wearing a crop top to show her ever expanding bump and ends with the happy couple holding the little one in their arms.
Among Tom's lyrics are the lines: ''There will come a morning you will open up your eyes, but it's what you do until that day arrives.
''You want to touch a mountain, taste the waterfall, you only have to see one, than you've seen them all.
''Gonna bet that tomorrow, that the sky is blue. I guess I'm ready, I think I'm ready, I hope I'm ready, for something new.''
