The funnyman hasn't been a fan of the "uncertainty" surrounding current President Barack Obama's decisions, and so he's endorsing the controversial Republican candidate to take over in 2016.

"You can't really knock the president, per se, because he was never prepared for it," he says. "And what I'm watching in him is uncertainty. And you don't have uncertainty in a leader. A leader doesn't give a s**t what he does, but he gets it done."

"I think (Trump is) great," he continues. "He's a showman and we've never had a showman in the president's chair."

Trump has been surrounded by controversy ever since he launched his presidential bid in June (15), by making a series of inflammatory remarks about Mexican immigrants in the U.S. He recently sparked outrage again by suggesting Muslims should be banned from entering the U.S. following the terrorist attacks in Paris, France and San Bernardino, California.

Lewis appears to agree with Trump's controversial plans, which include building a huge wall to keep illegal Latino immigrants out of America, adding, "Refugees should stay where the h**l they are."

"Hey, nobody has worked harder for the human condition than I have, but they're not part of the human condition," he continues. "If 11 guys in that group of 10,000 are ISIS (terrorists) - how can I take the chance?"
