AC/DC's lead singer Brian Johnson says The Heavy rockers become ''worried'' if they are given a deadline to record their music.
AC/DC never work to deadlines when making albums.
Brian Johnson said none of the 'Back to Black' rockers make any choices about when to record their next album because it makes them "worried".
He told the Nights with Alice Cooper radio show: "There's never any decisions made, that's the thing about AC/DC. Nobody makes any decisions. That's the wonderful thing about AC/DC, it just happens.
"Nobody says, 'Right, let's get in the studio by January.' That's because immediately we have an enemy - time. And that makes you worried and that makes you in a box and you have to think."
Brian's bandmate, guitar player Angus recently explained The Heavy rockers - who played to more than five million fans in 108 cities on their 2009 and 2010 Black Ice Tour - are hoping to get on the road again "within the next couple of years".
He told BANG Showbiz: "Well at some point we'll be touring again once we get a new album out, which will hopefully be within the next couple of years."
Brian added: "We'll try to make the next tour even better, we'll bloody try."
