The Led Zeppelin rocker was spotted cosying up to his new love interest, 25-year-old Scarlett Sabet, at a low-key dinner at popular chicken restaurant Nando's on Friday (09.01.15) for his 71st birthday.
The celebrations were a far cry from his rock n roll lifestyle as a youngster, opting for an alcohol-free meal before strolling to a health food store and record shop before heading home at 6pm.
Despite the modest festivities, the former heroin addict - who is believed to be worth approximately £80 million - is said to be pleased to be living a ''conventional life'' with the youngster, who is also a director and writer.
A source revealed: ''Jimmy is leading a very conventional life by the looks of things, not very rock'n'roll.
''His new girlfriend seems a very normal kind of girl.''
