Benji and Joel Madden enjoyed a double date on Valentine's Day.

The brothers dined at Il Ristorante Di Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, California alongside their wives - Cameron Diaz and Nicole Richie.

A source shared: ''Cameron is a regular and looked bella. She seemed excited to be celebrating her first Valentine's Day with Benji.

''She and Benji looked very happy. They had a fun, three-hour dinner with Nicole and her husband.''

The two couples enjoyed their Valentine's meal together and were such regulars at the restaurant, they didn't even need to check out a menu before ordering.

The source added to People magazine: ''They didn't even look at the menu and instead ordered their favourites, including ravioli agnolotti with white truffle, lobster and Spigola.''

Meanwhile, Cameron and Benji - who tied the knot last month after less than a year of dating - recently spent their honeymoon in Wyoming ''eating fried chicken in their sweatpants''.

A source said at the time: ''Cam and Benji had a very low-key honeymoon in mountainous Wyoming where they stayed in a cosy cabin and ate fried chicken in their sweat pants.

''It was exactly what they needed post-wedding as they just want to hibernate.''
