Hollywood actor John Travolta was overwhelmed when he found out fans plan to celebrate his 60th birthday by hosting a special movie event in Los Angeles.
The Pulp Fiction star reaches the milestone on Tuesday (18Feb14) and fans in L.A. will mark the occasion by holding a massive movie singalong screening of his classic musical Grease.
Travolta has branded the tribute "sweet" and regrets he is unable to be there for the screening, telling Britain's BBC Radio 2, "I just learned today that they are celebrating my birthday in Los Angeles by doing a big screening of the singalong of Grease and I'm just touched by that. It's going to be very bittersweet that I can't be there, but there's also hundreds of people that want to do that - I thought that was really sweet."
The event takes place at the Million Dollar Theatre in Los Angeles.
