The bottle Larry Hagman used as a prop in beloved Tv sitcom I Dream Of Jeannie and the Green Hornet's movie car are set to be the highlights of a new memorabilia auction in California.

More than 800 items, including costumes, props, photographs, jewellery and celebrity-owned items, are to go under the hammer at Julien's Auctions Beverly Hills Gallery on 5 and 6 April (13).

As well as the I Dream of Jeannie glassware and Green Hornet Imperial Crown vehicle, lots include William Shatner's laser rifle from Star Trek's second pilot and Jay Chou's five-piece Kato costume from the 2011 Green Hornet movie, complete with chauffeur cap and facemask.

Items worn and used by movie icons Marilyn Monroe and Bruce Lee will also go under the hammer at next month's (Apr13) auction.

The Monroe highlights include a brown cocktail dress from the tragic actress' personal wardrobe, signed cheques, never-before-seen footage of Monroe on set and behind the scenes of The Misfits, and the bra her character wore in Some Like it Hot.
