LL Cool J wrestles burglar to the floor? Sounds as though the rapper turned into a 'have a go hero' this morning, when he decided to tackle an intruder in his own home. Tmz reports that the incident took place in the early hours of this morning (August 22, 2012) and it looks as though the hapless villain either hadn't done their research with regards to the owner of the house they were breaking into, or they grossly underestimated the might of the 'Mama Said Knock You Out' hip-hop legend.
Law enforcement workers told the gossip site that the alleged intruder entered Mr Cool J's house at around 2am, presumably unprepared for what was about to happen. LL heard a "commotion" downstairs in his house and wasted no time in going downstairs to find out what the noise was. Upon finding the potential thief in his house, Cool J took matters into own hands. His intruder alarm had gone off but he wasn't going to wait for the police to arrive. Instead, he opted for a spot of hand-to-hand combat and managed to detain the perpetrator until the police showed up.
Tmz have been told that the Ncis Los Angeles star escaped without any injuries but it looks as though the suspect will be looking for treatment for a few bruises, after he's been booked for burglary. Hopefully, being on the receiving end of Cool J's right hook will make him think twice before breaking into anyone's home again.
