Tyga has been ordered to pay $70,000 in back rent.

The 25-year-old rapper failed to appear in court on Monday (24.08.15) over a dispute with the landlord of his Calabasas, California home but was ordered to pay the money he owed, and move out of the upmarket property, TMZ reports.

The ruling comes less than a month after the 'Rack City' hitmaker - who is dating Kylie Jenner - insisted he had paid out $200,000 as a deposit on the property a year ago and was told by the landlord he could move in, rent-free, during escrow

In June, he was ordered to pay a second landlord $80,000 in back rent.

Tyga was in arrears to the owner of his former home and was warned in a court hearing that he had to pay up by June 29.

If he missed the deadline, he would have had to pay the full amount owed, which came to $124,000 when interest on the late payments was taken into account.

The rapper is also currently being sued for going to too many clubs.

Tyga reportedly signed a contract with Z Entertainment to receive $25,000 for a performance at Body English last summer, and within the agreement was a clause which stated he was unable to perform anywhere else in Las Vegas a week before or a month after the show.

However, legal documents alleged he breached the radius clause by jumping on stage at another venue the night before his Body English gig.

And Z Entertainment have also accused the star of not appearing for a gig in Santa Monica last November.

They are seeking $100,000 in damages.
