Jay Z's former business partner filed documents earlier this month (Apr15) demanding full custody of 15-year-old Ava and six-year-old Tallulah following his divorce from the fashion designer in 2009.

Both parties have accused each other of bad parenting, with Dash claiming Roy drove under the influence of alcohol with the kids in the car, while she alleged he smokes marijuana around their daughters.

On Monday (20Apr15), a judge ruled in favour of Roy, granting her sole legal and physical custody of their children, while Dash was granted supervised visitation, according to TMZ.com.
