With only a matter of weeks to go before her due date, Kate Middleton and Prince William are reportedly making plans to avoid the twenty-four hour news palaver that surrounded the birth of Prince George two years ago.

The Duchess of Cambridge is due to give birth to her second child this month, but the couple are insisting upon their right to privacy this time around. Both press and the public will not be allowed to wait around on the street outside the private Lindo Wing at St. Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London, although they assured the Daily Mail that they are “grateful” for the interest.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly looking for a new housekeeper, as the expanding family prepares to move into their ten-bedroom Amner Hall property in Norfolk. The country house, which was gifted to the Duke and Duchess by the Queen as a wedding present, also boasts a swimming pool and tennis courts, with the couple reportedly planning to movie in next month.

According to the Daily Mail a notice which appeared on the magazine’s online home page yesterday and will also appear in print seeking an ‘experienced housekeeper for a large family home in Norfolk’ was placed by the royal couple.

‘Downton Abbey’, the hit British TV drama about a fictional aristocratic family, has just received a real life royal visit from Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge.

Kate, who is now heavily pregnant, mingled with the cast and crew of the show at its east London studio when the dropped by on Thursday. By all accounts they were thrilled to meet the Duchess, who is a self-professed fan of the show.

Kate Middleton, who is seven months pregnant with her second child, really wants to promote the importance of childhood during the he U.K.'s first Children's Mental Health Week, so she is showing her support for any kids that desperately need help.

William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, are expecting their second child in April next year, Kensington Palace has confirmed. The royal couple had announced the pregnancy earlier last month after Kate had to cancel a string of engagements due to hyperemesis gravidarum.

The 32 year old Duchess had also suffered from the pregnancy complication, which leads to severe nausea, while pregnant with Prince George. During her first pregnancy Kate spent three days in hospital with the condition, but while Kensington Palace has said that the Duchess is still suffering from the illness they did add that “her condition is steadily improving.”

Is a Kate pregnancy announcement imminent? The Duchess of Cambridge's apparent friend Jessica Hay has allegedly told an Australian magazine that she had heard news from "several different friend of theirs" that there would be an official announcement "in weeks." Kensington Palace has already played down the Duchess's relationship with Hay, but it hasn't stopped the bookmakers taking precautions.

One firm, Coral, has stopped taking bets on Kate announcing a pregnancy by the end of July following a flurry of bets. "When bets come in at once late in the evening, it sets alarm bells off," a Coral representative told People. "It's been quiet and then all of a sudden, a week before Prince George's birthday, this happened. The bets sealed our opinion that someone knows something we don't." The odds had been 10-1, though it's been cut to even money with the bookmakers still willing to offer odds.

Celebrities flocked to South London over the past fortnight to see the stars of the tennis court compete at Wimbledon. Stars from around the world attended with Chris Hemsworth and Hugh Jackman representing Australia, Samuel L Jackson and Bradley Cooper from the US and, of course, an assortment of famous British faces. Nowhere were more celebrity faces present than at the Men's final on Sunday (6th July).

Pippa Middleton has finally opened up on plenty of subjects that have been the subject of media speculation for some time. The 30 year-old sister of Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, agreed to give an interview with USA's Today in a two-part interview that aired on Tuesday.

Ever since she wore "that dress" as a bridesmaid to Kate and Prince William in 2011 and was catapulted into the spotlight, Pippa has been the frequent subject of paparazzi mobs and speculative articles regarding her image, her personal life and her career.

Perhaps in order to silence some of the many tabloid articles she's featured in, Pippa spoke candidly about her experience of sudden fame and being an extension of the Royal family.

Cycling is certainly the sport du jour and is gripping the nation with Britons out on their bikes enjoying the warmer weather and planning Tour de France parties. The Royal family have certainly caught the fever too and Kate Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry will be attending the opening ceremony of the Tour de France in Yorkshire on 5th July.

The Royal trio, as Hello reports, will be at the starting line to lend their support to the 22 teams which are competing in the 2272 mile long cycling race. Although the teams are starting in Yorkshire, they will race through Belgium, Spain before finally finishing in Paris on 27th July.

The Queen's hit maker Rachel Trevor-Morgan has designed LEGO headwear for miniature versions of the royal family to celebrate Royal Ascot. Trevor-Morgan was down at Legoland in Windsor on Tuesday (June 10, 2014) to unveil the designs, which will be on display until the end of the world's most famous horse racing festival on June 21st.

In the LEGO scenes, Her Majesty The Queen wears a characteristically classic hat - a bright yellow straw number with hand painted silk flowers. The Duchess of Cornwall wears a grey picture hat with miniature feathers while fashionista The Duchess of Cambridge wears an understated royal blue straw slice hat with quill feathers.

You know the paparazzi have gone overboard, when Kate Middleton has to hire a minder to make sure her privacy isn’t invaded. That happened this week. According to The Mirror the Duchess of Cambridge has hired a woman to make sure that photographers keep their distance, after a photo of her bare bottom was posted online by a German magazine.

Apparently even the most modest of clothing can't help Kate against the paps.

Even more troubling was the way the photos were taken – an opportunistic photographer snapped the pictures when Kate’s blue and white Diane Von Furstenberg dress blew up on a visit to Sydney's Blue mountains during her official tour of Australia last month.

Pippa Middleton has allegedly been sacked from her job as a columnist for the British newspaper, The Daily Telegraph. Reports state that the 30 year-old socialite, writer and sister to Duchess Catherine will not have her contract with the paper renewed after just six months tenure.

Kim Kardashian has reportedly been eying up a royal wedding balcony for her impending marriage to Kanye West. The reality TV star is due to wed the rapper in a decadent ceremony at France's Chateau Louis XIV next month but the couple apparently want to rival the wedding of Prince William and The Duchess of Cambridge with a balcony smooch in front of the crowds.

Kanye is also in talks to hold a spectacular fireworks display to rival the lightshow at the London Olympics."

Since Prince Harry has been seen out and about with Cressida Bonas a lot more lately, everybody is wondering when exactly he’s going to make her a princess. She’s already got a key to Kensington Palace so it just seems right that wedding bells might be round the corner. Whilst Kate might like to keep things conservative in the wardrobe department, Cressy (yes thats her nickname) seems to like to take a few more fashion risks. Most notably she’s been known to rock a scrunchie, a particular hair accessory that might irk Carrie Bradshaw, but that seems to be gaining fans among the young, rich crowd. Recently she’s also sported some sequin converse in keeping with her laid back style.
