Lauren Graham is still coming to terms with Matthew Perry's death.

The 54-year-old 'Friends' actor died at his Los Angeles home in October from the acute effects of ketamine and Lauren admitted she still finds it "hard to believe" he is gone.

Speaking during a Q A for her 'Have I Told You This Already?' book tour, she said: "It’s still really hard to believe.

"While he was not technically ever a boyfriend, he was an almost in my life. He was a friend and a constant.

“We would stretch for a year, then he would come back in my life, and he had just come back in my life last year."

Lauren, 57, also revealed the last birthday gift that Matthew got her before he died was a pickleball set.

According to PEOPLE, she said: "He’s like really into tennis and pickleball, with a card that said, ‘Be older'. [His death is] a terrible loss."

Matthew released his memoir 'Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing' in 2022 and Lauren revealed she takes comfort in the fact that Matthew was so happy over how well the book was received.

In the book, Matthew was open about his struggles with addiction and she said: "The solace I take from having seen him at the time I saw him was he was so thrilled with how his book was received — and not just because it was a huge success, but because his life’s work kind of became, ‘How can I give back? How can I talk about the struggles I had and hopefully help someone else?' He was so pleased."
